I felt like I was on a mini-vacation the moment I stepped into this hotel. The rooms were well-appointed and very comfortable, giving me that ultimate relaxation vibe. The service was exceptional, especially the Italian staff who were so kind and always had a smile. The location, while not perfect, was still convenient with regular buses right out front. Dining was decent, although a bit pricey. Overall, a great experience with a few minor hiccups.
